you actually want to do.
01 / START WITH WHAT MATTERS TO YOU
Explore a new interest, build something you’ve imagined, or tackle a task that’s been holding you back. Bring your goal and learn how to move it forward with AI.
Use AI to make a confusing task more manageable. Learn to organize information, clarify a letter, plan a project, and turn a vague intention into a next step.
Start with a task you want to make easier.
“I have a home project in mind, a pile of notes, and limited time. Help me turn this into a plan I can follow.”

No technical background or employer involvement required. Choose tools and features that fit your goals.
You choose the destination. A one-to-one session can focus on a specific goal; a small-group workshop offers shared practice. Your interests shape the examples and the pace.

BUILT FROM DOING THE WORK
Michael Heaton, M.B.A / Founder, Real Knowledge LLC
Learning works best when it connects to something you care about.
I’ve spent approximately 20 years creating and improving business systems, translating owners’ ideas into tools people use every day. My work spans SQL Server development, manufacturing and inventory, employee training, safety records, and document workflows.
I also work alongside the people using those systems. That experience shapes how I use AI: start with a real need, build something useful, test it against the work, and help people adopt it.
I bring that same practical mindset to individual training: meet you where you are, explain the approach clearly, and help you build skills around your own interests. You don’t have to turn your learning into a business project.
CONFIDENCE COMES FROM GOOD PRACTICE
Confidence includes knowing what to check. Learn to protect personal information, question confident-sounding answers, compare sources, and stay in charge of your decisions.
A few important questionsYOUR QUESTIONS, WELCOME
Yes. Individual training is for your own goals, whether or not AI is part of your job. You can invest in your learning without an employer arranging or paying for it.
No. We can start with what AI can do, how to use it, and how to ask useful questions. If you already use it, we can focus on more involved projects and more effective ways of working.
A personal project, a subject you want to learn, career preparation, creative ideas, research, or everyday organization. The examples above are starting points. Your goal guides the session.
The individual offering includes one-to-one training and small-group workshops. One-to-one sessions focus on your questions and pace; group sessions combine guided examples with time to practice.
That depends on your goals and the tools you choose. Some exercises can use free tools; other features require a paid plan. We can identify what’s needed before choosing a learning approach.
The aim is to expand what you can do while building your own understanding. You’ll practice explaining your goal, questioning the output, and checking the result. AI can make mistakes; your judgment remains essential.
